Policies

Shipping

• Our items are made to order unless they are listed as a ready to ship item. Our current turn around time is 28-35 business days not including weekends and holidays. Please allow us the full 35 days before sending a message about your order. 
• If our items are listed as ready to ship they will ship the same or next day. Unless the RTS item is ordered with an item that is not RTS.
• We are not responsible for packages after shipping. Once you have received an email from us with your tracking information its out of our control. Please double check your address before checking out.
• All order related questions and concerns need to be directed at rainbowsandray@gmail.com

Porch Pick Up

• Your items must be picked up within 7 days from your "ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP" notice.
• After 7 days, Rainbows+Ray is not responsible for anything that could happen to the package(s). This includes but is not limited to: damage caused by weather, damage caused by animals, stolen packages, and any other things that can occur while left on a porch. 

Return Policy

• No refunds may be made after your purchase unless your order arrives damaged or defected. If it is damaged or defected please email us at rainbowsandray@gmail.com
• TRIPLE check your sizing at checkout because we do not offer refunds if you ordered the incorrect size. If you accidentally entered the wrong size at checkout, email me within 24 hours of your purchase so I can change the sizing before I start the order.  
• No exchanges may be made as each piece is handmade to order.
